Welcome to Ducklings class. We are a friendly and happy class of nineteen children. Our teacher is Mrs Alison Sharp and Mrs Jacqui Perry is our Teaching Assistant.

We enjoy learning in our large and airy classroom where we have access to our own enclosed outdoor learning area.

Every week we visit our on-site Forest School where we get to explore the natural world around us and take part in exciting activities such as making our own perfume from natural materials and building dens to hide from the Big Bad Wolf!

We enjoy going on trips and meeting visitors to enhance our learning and every term as part of our Reading for Pleasure programme, we welcome parents to join us in class to share stories with the children.

Our EYFS curriculum celebrates diversity and promotes the children’s personal, social and emotional development alongside their academic progress.

Our vision in Ducklings is to help all children develop a love of learning and lay the necessary foundations to give them the best possible start to their education.
